Young people show collaboration really is key

Clothing Collective recently brought a group of graduates, apprentices and early careers professionals together under the supervision of The Collaboration Company, to develop their collaborative capabilities whilst generating innovative ways to create brand awareness and increase fundraising.

The event was part of #EarlyCareersIdeathon, an initiative from The Collaboration Company, who are an organisation that partner with some of the world's most exciting companies, to help them break down silos and develop leaders who can inspire collaboration.

Antony Wroe, CEO for Clothing Collective, said: "What a fantastic event! I want to send a special 'thank you' to all the group who joined us, and who put their all into the day - Donna Murphy, Bethany Smyth, Susan Thapa Magar, Binu Limbu, Ivan Tarazanov, May Travis, Harry Toole, Millie Wood, Ollie Roberts, Erica Jade Wainman, Marcus Wong, Peter Freeman, Klara Spark and Sara Boyce.

"And not forgetting of course The Collaboration Company, without whom none of it would have been possible."

Rosie Hase, Leadership Development Consultant for The Collaboration Company said: "There is so much reward from workshops like this one. Seeing those in their early careers work and create ideas together, whilst aiding a charity that wouldn't usually get this kind of support."
