Karen Penney - Trustee
Karen’s success in the financial sector included the senior roles of Vice President and General Manager UK at American Express and most recently, Vice President at Western Union. Her career placed her at the forefront of great change in the industry, including digitalisation and the development of new products. Karen has also driven initiatives to foster and ensure good mental
health in the workplace, becoming a trained Mental health First Aider herself.

Alan Duncan - Trustee
Alan became a Trustee of Clothing Collective having previously been Director of Business Development for IBM Systems UK. His career at IBM gave Alan unique great experience and insights into development and achieving growth. His skills in these areas are just some of the expertise he is keen to employ to support the growth of Clothing Collective.

Thomas Wood - Trustee
Thomas Wood’s career to date has placed him at the heart of Government, supporting ministerial departments ranging from the Department for Education to a secondment at the Cabinet Office. Currently the lead interface between the Welsh Government and Natural Resources Wales, Thomas’s experience will be utilised to support governance at Clothing Collective.

Natalie O'Hare - Trustee Treasurer
Started her career at KPMG where she qualified as a chartered accountant with the ICAEW. She has extensive experience in the retail sector having previously worked in finance positions with brands such as Liberty London and Olivia Burton. She now runs her own company providing Finance Director services to SMEs in the retail, beauty and creative industries.


Antony Wroe - Trustee
Antony first began his career in retail management - initially in Swansea, followed by 8 years Harrods, British Home Stores and then Burberry.
Having attended the London Business School and identified an opportunity in the market, he then went on to found and manage a recruitment agency specialising in telemarketing for 27 years. Antony has sought to utilise the skills and experience he gained in business and retail to help others, which he is now able to shares with Clothing Collective.
